This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 

 

Join us as we celebrate the flavors of the season in this class using ingredients that are available at the peak of harvest. We'll use seasonal produce and your favorite proteins to create a unique and fabulous meal that honors the harvest. Are you ready for a fabulous Nordic dining experience? Recipes will include an appetizer, main course, sides, and dessert. We'll also create a seasonal signature cocktail and n.a. beverage. 

 

Supplies: 

Recipes will be sent to you approximately one week prior to class. Students will need to provide ingredients for the recipes. Students also will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

 

Special Instructions:  

When registering for the class, please make sure to use an email address you'd like the Zoom meeting invitations sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class. If this class is a gift, please sign up with the recipient's email address or be prepared to forward all communications.
