Discover the art of crafting your own unique aquavit! The practice of DIY infused “snaps” has long been a tradition among Nordic and Nordic-rooted households. This virtual workshop will guide you through the fascinating process of blending our beloved Scandinavian spirit using a variety of seasonal botanicals, fruits, and spices.

Topics explored will include a refresher on aquavit’s history and defining qualities, botanical selection, flavor building, infusion techniques, and bottling/storing your creations.

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.
