2025-08-21 Men's Bunad Vest from Østerdalen (online)

So many of the Bunad classes are based on the women's Bunad.  In this class, we start our journey into the Men's Vest.  This class will be making the Mens Bunad Vest from the  Østerdalen region and this pattern (and color) is only used in this region.  The main wool fabric on the front is stamped on. However, as you can see this vest is almost timeless - it could even be worn today with a suit coat to a dressy event!

Students will need to provide their own fabric scissors, sewing machine, good lighting, and optional magnifying glass for detail work. 

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.
