Skarpoy Women’s Jacket by Dale of Norway

A fresh reinterpretation of the classic Setesdal sweater. The Skarpoy cardigan has a relaxed fit with drop shoulders and a round neckline. The design plays with the traditional Setesdal pattern, which is accented with edging in a contrasting color. The front features buttons made of 50% recycled paper.

The cardigan is based on the Setesdal design, Norway's oldest and most famous pattern. The wool cardigan features the well-known traditional crosses, which were originally knitted into garments to protect against evil spirits. Skarpøy is a small island in the Otra river in Setesdal.
