Nevada Berg is a Vesterheim Folk Art School instructor! She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and during her life journeys found herself in Norway. She resides in the Medieval Valley of Numedal with her Norwegian husband and son. Her recipes and stories are inspired by tradition and history, as well as innovative approaches to Norwegian ingredients. Nevada is regarded internationally as one of the most recognized voices for Norwegian food.
