The kransekake (literally wreath cake) is a traditional Norwegian dessert, usually eaten on special occasions, such as weddings, baptisms, Christmas, or New Year's Eve. The cake takes the form of a series of concentric rings layered on top of each other in order to form a steep-sloped cone shape. It is made with almonds, sugar, and egg whites.

This boxed set includes six non-stick forms to make 18 rings for a traditional kransekake. Includes a recipe and instructions on the side of the box.
