Karin Blanket by Kerstin Landström Design

The Karin wool blanket is a tribute to the beautiful design and home textiles of Swedish artist Karin Larsson. Her embroidered pillows and tablecloths, fabrics and interior color schemes inspired the various patterned borders.

The blanket is produced in collaboration with Carl Larssongården in Sundborn, Dalarna.

The blanket is made from New Zealand wool from breeders who are licensed in accordance with Wool Integrity NZ™. The wool comes from sheep that have been treated well and are not subject to mulesing. The breeding takes place with consideration for both animals and nature. The blanket is also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified – tested for over 100 harmful substances and meeting high requirements for health safety.

 KERSTIN LANDSTRÖM DESIGN started in 1994 and produces organic wool blankets and throws with inspiration from Swedish environments, nature, and historical cultural heritage.
