Description
This course is designed to build up a foundation to begin your journey into smithing steel. In this class, you will learn about shop safety and equipment and how to heat, pound, and shape steel in the forge. Students will learn different skills and techniques to create hooks, leaves, spoons, forks, chisels, and other projects as time allows. If you have ever been curious about smithing and want to get set in the right direction, this class is for you.
Supplies
There will be a $60 materials fee paid directly to the instructor. This fee will cover all class materials.
