2025-02-28 — Nordic Cocktails for Everybody

This time everyone from the teetotaler to the amateur mixologist of the family gets the chance to try delicious drinks at home. In this class we will talk about the basic principles of making balanced drinks – the ingredients and techniques for adding complexity and body to alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. We'll make a few of cocktails/mocktails together to put these concepts into practice!

This Vesterheim cooking class is designed as a small-group cook-along and we invite exchange between the instructor and students in order to build community around food traditions. In this same spirit of sharing, we invite the whole family to experience this collaborative cooking and learning process. Only one registration is needed per household.

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class.
