$30.00

Schedule:

Saturday, November 9 (4:00-6:00 pm CT)

Instructor:

Kristi Bissell

Location:

This is an online class hosted on Zoom.

Get cozy this fall with a vegetarian soup dinner! Kristi will walk you through how to make this hearty main course soup as well as a couple of side dishes and an easy dessert to make a meal of it. Come join us in this koselig cooking class to help fend off the coming cold outside.

This Vesterheim cooking class is designed as a small-group cook-along, and we invite exchange between the instructor and students in order to build community around food traditions. In this same spirit of sharing, we invite the whole family to experience this collaborative cooking and learning process. Only one registration is needed per household.

Supplies:

A list of ingredients will be sent to participants prior to class. Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

If you are registering for this class in a location outside the United States, you will need to provide your own supplies. Please contact folkartschool@vesterheim.org when you register for more information about what materials are required for this class.

Special Instructions:
