This is an in-person class held at Vesterheim Folk Art School. 

Oskar Kjetsaa was an incredibly creative Norwegian rosemaler. He used characteristics of Telemark, Hallingdal, and other rosemaling styles to create a style all his own. In this class we will focus on the characteristics of Oskar’s style, including his use of color and linework, to create a project based on the flowers from one of his paintings.

The class photo serves as an illustration of Oskar Kjetsaa's artistic style, rather than a preview of what will be created during the class.

Level of Instruction: 

This class is designed for intermediate to advanced rosemalers.

Supplies: 

A complete supply list will be emailed to participants prior to the start of class.
