OL Spirit Socks by Dale of Norway

Soft and comfortable socks made of a merino wool and anti-pilling acrylic/nylon blend. While wool grants moisture absorption and warmth, the acrylic and nylon adds good shape retention and durability properties.

These socks are part of the unique "OL Spirit" collection designed for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The design is a fusion of Chinese and Norwegian traditions. The star pattern on the chest originates from the classic Norwegian eight-petal rose. Here, the form is sharpened and crystallized, inspired by Chinese paper folding (called zhezhi) and Asian cartoons. The outcome is a futuristic look with a Dale twist. (OL stands for Olympic Games in Norwegian: “Olympiske Leker”).
