Sue Flanders has been designing knitwear for more than thirty years. She has co-authored two knitting books – Norwegian Handknits and Swedish Handknits, both based on historical artifacts from Vesterheim and the American Swedish Institute, respectively. Sue has also explored many other fiber arts including weaving, spinning, nålbinding, and skinnfeld. She lives in Mora, Minnesota, and teaches classes at various folk schools in her area. She has branched into making ceramic ornaments.
