- Location: This is an in-person class held at Vesterheim Folk Art School.

- Level of Instruction: This program is designed for beginners, ages 10-18.
Description
Young students will enjoy starting their fiber arts journey at Vesterheim! Participants will be introduced to the unique properties of natural fibers, as well as to how they are used in traditional handcraft such as felting, knotwork, crochet, knitting, and weaving. These valuable skills can be taken with them wherever they go.
Additional Information:
Fiber Arts Klubb will begin each class at Vesterheim's Bruening Visitors Center in the Westby-Torgerson Education Center at the corner of Mechanic and Water Streets. A Folk Art School staff member will be there to greet students as they arrive. Vesterheim Folk Art School does not provide a walking school bus for Fiber Arts Klubb. Parents are welcome to independently coordinate students to meet and walk to Vesterheim together.
Supplies
All class materials will be provided.
An after-school snack will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and, if your child has special dietary needs, please consider packing their own snack.
