Description

Come make lefse fit for a prince! Join Heidi Eger for a morning of learning how to make your own traditional lefse and get comfortable being able to make your own. Once we've gone through all of the fundamentals.

Heidi's tried and true family recipe is made with butter and no cream. In the second session, we'll make four variations so you can pick your favorite. Russet potatoes in a recipe that calls for cream, red potato lefse, instant potato lefse, and even sweet potato lefse!

There will be plenty of lefse for folks to take home, along with plenty to snack on during class.
