Description
High on the ceiling in the Ramburgstuga at Brekkeparken Museum in Skien, Telemark, Norway, rosemaler Olav Hansson painted a large basket of flowers. Let's welcome spring in by painting a basket together in the style of Hansson. The design will be full of flowers also in this style.
Olav Hansson (1750/60 - 1820/40) was an early and important painter from eastern Telemark. Join us on this journey back in time to bring your rosemaling into the future with an old twist.
