Swedish Meatball Seasoning

Kӧttbuller, or Swedish meatballs, were introduced by Scandinavian immigrants who settled in the Midwest. Recipes vary, but this old-world fare is traditionally served with a cream gravy and lingonberry preserves.

To streamline the preparation of this classic favorite, just add 1 Tbsp. seasoning per pound of meat in place of onions, salt, and all other seasonings called for in the recipe of your choice. Add 1 - 2 tsp. of seasoning to the sauce too!

From Wayzeta Bay Spice Co. in Minnesota. 3.4 oz.
