2023-04-22 – New Nordic Spring Meal (Online)
Saturday, April 22 (4:00-6:00 pm CT)
This is an online class hosted on Zoom.
Gather some friends and family and get ready to prepare a delicious spring soup and sandwich supper! Kristi will walk you through the process of making a creamy asparagus soup and a tasty grilled goat cheese sandwich to serve alongside. We will finish with a simple berry dessert to celebrate the season!
This Vesterheim cooking class is designed as a small-group cook-along, and we invite exchange between the instructor and students in order to build community around food traditions. In this same spirit of sharing, we invite the whole family to experience this collaborative cooking and learning process. Only one registration is needed per household.
Recipes will be sent to you approximately one week prior to class. Students will need to provide ingredients for the recipes.
If you are registering for this class in a location outside the United States, you will need to provide your own supplies. Please contact email@example.com when you register for more information about what materials are required for this class.
Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.
When registering for the class, please make sure to use the email address you'd like the Zoom meeting invitations sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class.
