This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 

 

Bring some Scandi vibes to your next homemade pizza night!  Kristi will show you how to make a deliciously simple pizza crust featuring rye flour and a few different Nordic-inspired topping combinations. We will also be making a traditional pizzasalad to serve alongside.

Supplies: 

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection. You will be sent the ingredients list and class preparation approximately one week before the class in order to prepare.

If you are registering for this class in a location outside the United States, you will need to provide your own supplies. Please contact folkartschool@vesterheim.org when you register for more information about what materials are required for this class.
