This is an online class hosted on Zoom.
Join us for Vesterheim’s Level 3 course in the Norwegian language! We will cover chapters 10-12 of the Sett i gang textbook and will study additional vocabulary, gaining a deeper understanding of grammar. We will also discuss Norwegian culture and current events. We will enjoy small, active group conversations in one-hour weekly Zoom meetings. This course is open to students who have completed Vesterheim’s Level 2 Norwegian Language class. If you like, you’ll get activities to extend your learning between class meetings.

For this class you will need to purchase your own textbook: Sett i gang Vol. 1 by Nancy Aarsvold, Kari Lie Dorer, ISBN: 9781530276004
If you are registering for this class in a location outside the United States, you will need to provide your own supplies. Please contact folkartschool@vesterheim.org when you register for more information about what materials are required for this class.
Additional Supplies:
Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.
Prerequisites:
Students must have taken Level 2 Norwegian Language or have comparable Norwegian language experience. Please don't hesitate to email folkartschool@vesterheim.org with any questions!
