Heidi Eger learned to make lefse from her grandmother. She has been sharing her family tradition through classes since 2018. In this hands-on, two hour class, Heidi shares her great-grandmother's time-tested recipe along with the tips and tricks you need to make lefse successfully! Heidi believes that lefse is delicious regardless of shape, and, while she will show you techniques for rolling and frying a classic round lefse, she reminds students that even wonky lefses are wonderful.
