Across the Fence: Sunrise On A New Day by Howard Sherpe

This is the eighth collection of "Across the Fence," a weekly newspaper column by Howard Sherpe. He lives on the back forty of the farm her was raised on near Westby, Wisconsin, and writes about his experiences growing up on that dairy and tobacco farm. The sights, sounds, and smells of nature are often included. There are also stories relating to his and others military service.
