2023-01-21 – A Taste of Norwegian Baking: Soft Potato Flatbreads (Online)

This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 


Join celebrated food writer and author Nevada Berg in making two recipes from her upcoming second cookbook, Norwegian Baking through the Seasons: 90 Sweet and Savoury Recipes from North Wild Kitchen. The course will start off with how to make homemade Norwegian spelt lomper (potato flatbreads) and use these as the base for her mini-potato flatbreads with roasted tomatoes and carmelized onions. Come ready to learn, eat, and have fun!

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection. You will be sent the ingredients list and class preparation approximately one week before the class in order to prepare.
