Learn about the history and traditions of Norways thin, crisp unleavened bread as we bake one traditional and one non-traditional recipe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Vesterheim cooking class is designed as a small-group cook-along and we invite exchange between the instructor and students in order to build community around food traditions. In this same spirit of sharing, we invite the whole family to experience this collaborative cooking and learning process. Only one registration is needed per household.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eSupplies\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRecipes will be sent to you approximately one week prior to class.
