Or, choose your own design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClass will begin with a short history of \u003cem\u003ekolrosing\u003c\/em\u003e along with a presentation of pieces decorated with \u003cem\u003ekolrosing\u003c\/em\u003e from Vesterheim's collection and from museums throughout Norway. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere will be instruction on making suitable wood choices and how to prepare the wood surface. Darlene will demonstrate the basics of \u003cem\u003ekolrosing's\u003c\/em\u003e incising techniques –  both straight and curved lines, cross hatching, and shading with the stippling technique.
