We'll prepare a menu that includes your favorite savory and sweet dishes, and a few you might not be familiar with, like breakfast meatballs, \u003cem\u003esmørbrød, røstipotatis med ägg\u003c\/em\u003e (fried potato pancakes with egg), \u003cem\u003etjockpannekaka\u003c\/em\u003e (oven pancakes), and a beverage or two to wake you up.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Vesterheim cooking class is designed as a small-group cook-along, and we invite exchange between the instructor and students in order to build community around food traditions. In this same spirit of sharing, we invite the whole family to experience this collaborative cooking and learning process.
