This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 

Needle felting is fun! Learn to transform hand-dyed wool from the instructor’s flock of sheep into your very own adorable family of nisse. Laura will take you step-by-step through the process via Zoom. No previous experience is necessary. Experience the magic of needle felting or learn some new tips to add to your growing skillset. Join us for this welcoming online class!

Supplies: 

A kit of materials is included in the cost of registration and shipped to your home (a $60 value!) It includes enough wool to make one set of nisse, with possibly enough extras for a second little set later for extra creative fun. All you need to complete the project is a work surface like a sturdy table, good light, and a pair of scissors. Everything else is included!

If you are registering for this class in a location outside the United States, you will need to provide your own supplies. Please contact folkartschool@vesterheim.org when you register for more information about what materials are required for this class.

Additional Supplies:

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

When registering for the class, please make sure to use the addresses where you'd like the kit and Zoom meeting invitations sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class.
