This is an in-person class held in Decorah at the Oneota Community Food Co-op Classroom Kitchen. 

 

Join Patrice Johnson, the self-titled "Nordic Food Geek," for a delicious Nordic-inspired brunch! This in-person Nordic Cooking class will start with a salmon with dill hollandaise spin on Eggs Benedict and will include a fall salad with toasted buckwheat and cheese, gingerbread æbleskiver with lemon whip, and brunch mocktails with instructions for making aquavit-based versions when you get home! Learn how to add a Nordic twist to your favorite weekend meal.

Ingredients are included in the cost of registration. If you have an æbleskiver pan, please bring it with you!
