OL.2023.Q4.266
$25.00

Schedule:

Thursday, October 19 (5:00-7:00 pm CT)

Instructor:

Patrice Johnson

Location:

This is an online class hosted on Zoom.

Join us as we celebrate the flavors of the season with an evening of Nordic appetizers. We'll create fun Nordic bites like salt-brined cucumbers topped with creme fraiche and honey, lingonberry-brie bites, salmon spring rolls, and other delicious appetizers. Recipes for a signature cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage will also be included.

This Vesterheim cooking class is designed as a small-group cook-along, and we invite exchange between the instructor and students in order to build community around food traditions. In this same spirit of sharing, we invite the whole family to experience this collaborative cooking and learning process. Only one registration is needed per household.

Supplies:

Recipes will be sent to you approximately one week prior to class. Students will need to provide ingredients for the recipes.

Additional Supplies:

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

Special Instructions:

When registering for the class, please make sure to use the mailing and email addresses you'd like the Zoom meeting invitations sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class.
