This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 


Thoughtfully crafted mocktails are a wonderful thing to add to any drink-maker’s arsenal. In this class we will talk about the basic principles of making balanced drinks, ingredients and techniques for adding complexity and body to non-alcoholic cocktails, and make a couple of mocktails together to put these concepts into practice!



A full list of ingredients and spirits will be sent to participants one week prior to class. Students will also need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

If you are registering for this class in a location outside the United States, you will need to provide your own supplies. Please contact folkartschool@vesterheim.org when you register for more information about what materials are required for this class.
