This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 


Warm up with Sailor's Stew! Sjömansbiff is a hearty Scandinavian stew made of beef and vegetables and is the perfect dish for those chilly winter nights. We will add rye flutes, an easy dessert, and a signature cocktail and mocktail to this cozy, tasty menu. Classes with Patrice are lively, interactive sessions full of expert instruction and helpful tips!



Recipes will be sent to you approximately one week prior to class. Students will need to provide ingredients for the recipes. Students also will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection. 

Special Instructions:  

When registering for the class, please make sure to use email address you'd like the Zoom meeting invitations sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class. If this class is a gift, please sign up with the recipient's email address or be prepared to forward the kit and all communications.
