Summer Scandinavian Waffles (Online)

This is an online class hosted on Zoom. 

Nordic waffles are one of Scandinavia's most iconic foods. They can be sweet or savory and are topped with a variety of (occasionally unusual) garnishes. Join the "Nordic Food Geek" Patrice Johnson as we create our own versions of Nordic waffles. Waffles aren't just for brunch anymore!

Supplies: 

Students will need to provide a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection. You will be sent the ingredients list and class preparation approximately one week before the class in order to prepare.

Special Instructions:  

When registering for the class, please make sure to use the email address you'd like the Zoom meeting invitations sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom sessions by email sometime during the week prior to the class.
